Under the rebranding exercise, Malaysia Airlines is poised in paving the airline’s unique end-to-end experience for their customers.
“We are re-emphasising to the world that ‘Malaysian Hospitality Begins with Us’. Embracing that we represent the traditions of Malaysia combined with the promise of the future,” said Malaysia Airlines Group Chief Executive Officer, Izham Ismail.
“As the national carrier we represent worldwide the warmth, humility and hospitality that Malaysia is famous for. Our diversity, heritage and culture are our reference and the roots of our brand promise. It all truly begins with us,” he continued.
The introduction of the Malaysian Hospitality campaign will see the airline releasing a new TV commercial in the coming weeks, in print ad and outdoor as well as across all social media platforms. The brand campaign will also be expanded beyond Malaysia.
